Thank you for placing your business with Hartford Flood in conjunction with the NFIP (National Flood Insurance Program). We want to take this opportunity to share with you some important information.
If you have a flood claim you or your agent should notify our claims vendor, National Flood Services. This can be done either by calling the flood claim telephone number found on your policy (1-800-759-8656), by fax or email.
Upon receipt of the flood claim an adjuster will be assigned to handle it. The adjuster will contact you or your agent to arrange for an inspection of the loss to determine how the claim will be resolved.
