Paralegal and Litigation Manager
Mrs.
Vigue is a bankruptcy paralegal and litigation manager for
the Bankruptcy division of Trumbull Services, LLC. In this
capacity, Mrs. Vigue is responsible for managing the recovery
of bankruptcy claims by working with Trumbull's in-house attorneys
and other recovery specialists. She also facilitates legal
support throughout the department with respect to the management
of bankruptcy claims.
Mrs. Vigue brings extensive recovery and claims experience
to Trumbull Services. She is a 1991 BS graduate of the University
of Connecticut and a current doctorate of jurisprudence candidate
at Western New England School of Law.
Her
experience includes:
- Claim
collection specialist, involving communication with third
parties regarding settlement, negligence and final decisions
- Performed
receivable analysis and credit worthiness of third parties
as a subrogation specialist working with collection files
- Involved
in inter-company arbitration
- Experienced
with a variety of high-end software tools
- Involved
with outside counsel, company management, in house counsel
and collection agency communication regarding cases for
large creditors
At
Trumbull Services, Mrs. Vigue utilizes skills and education
gained through her years of subrogation and collection experience.
This is particularly effective as it combines well with her
knowledge and education of the legal issues and laws involved.
Mrs. Vigue is a skilled communicator, recognizing sensitive
client issues and keeping a keen sense of customer relations
when conducting litigation and collection matters.
