Brandy Cote
Call Center Team Leader
Ms.
Cote currently works as a Call Center Team Leader in the bankruptcy
services call center division of Trumbull Services. She is
a graduate of Western New England College, Springfield, MA.,
earning a BA in marketing communications and advertising.
Ms.
Cote brings customer service expertise to Trumbull, having
extensive experience with customer relations, responding to
customer inquiries and concerns and problem solving. Her familiarity
in this arena has afforded her practical business knowledge
regarding the management of projects and the development of
valuable time management lessons.
Her
experience includes:

procedural and workflow issues for timely responses and
accuracy

issues and obtain information on clients behalf
- Working
with and testing new technology for customer service capabilities
At
Trumbull Services, Ms. Cote is the liaison to the Bankruptcy
Services Department. She professionally engages in telephonic
transactions to ensure all inbound responses are handled accordingly.
Ms. Cote is also responsible for responding to client requests
for information and claim status checks. Ms. Cote also accesses
and updates the Bankruptcy Claims Management System (BCMS)
allowing for fast and accurate information sharing.
