Ms.
Kagan is the lead database administrator for Trumbull Services.
In this capacity, Ms. Kagan is responsible for database management
and application development for the BCMS system in the bankruptcy
unit at Trumbull. She is professionally trained in Oracle
development and is proficient with Oracle-SQL and SQR programming.
Ms.
Kagan brings extensive systems and business experience to
Trumbull Services. During her career, she has focused on department
support in the areas of system implementation and maintenance,
as well as information technology and programming.
Her
experience includes:
- Maintenance
and support of an employees benefits system
- System
support for a human resource software system
- Database
quality control and maintenance
- Support
of a company wide payroll system
- Client
customization support
At
Trumbull Services, Ms. Kagan utilizes her experience and expertise
to perform multiple tasks. As an IT professional she works
closely with clients to address their individual business
needs for reflection in Trumbull’s custom reporting functions.
Working with Trumbull’s BCMS system, Ms. Kagan handles
the loading of data received by clients and coordinates the
application development around client specific parameters.
With respect to the bankruptcy services system, she assists
with all production support for both internal and external
users and is also responsible for the preparation of exhibits
for claims reconciliation.
