Daniel
P. McSwigan
Senior Automation Consultant
As
a Senior Automation Consultant for bankruptcy services, Daniel
P. McSwigan manages our claim management software system.
Prior to joining Trumbull, Mr. McSwigan was a principal in
the firm W.R. Gruber & Associates, Inc., a firm specializing
in bankruptcy administration services including docketing,
adjudication, balloting, and distribution.
His
experience includes:
- Development
of Bankruptcy Claims Management Software (BCMS), currently
in use by Trumbull Services Company.
- Extensive
experience with the development and implementation of bankruptcy
systems.
- Creation
of a highly flexible, client-server based management and
decision support tool.
Prior
to forming W.R. Gruber & Associates, Mr. McSwigan managed
the implementation of Federated Claims Services Group (FCSG)
claims information system. FCSG’s systems capabilities
included tracking proofs of claim and scheduling liabilities,
production and tabulation of ballots as well as procedures
for auditing, tabulating, and distributions. Mr. McSwigan
also manages the Trumbull automation consultants and oversees
development of BCMS.
