R. Bradley Burdick, President
Most recently an executive at a Top 10 P&C insurance carrier, Burdick brings an extensive background in service operations, sales, and distribution. His past responsibilities have included strategic initiatives, performance measurement, sales teams, training, quality, and process improvement. Burdick has a diverse background and, prior to insurance, has been successful in a variety of leadership positions including CEO of a mid-sized luxury real estate firm, general manager of two business units in an Internet start-up company, a managing consultant with an international consulting firm and a research engineer at a national laboratory. Throughout his career, Burdick has focused on strategy, technology innovation and development, and operations.
Burdick has Bachelors Degrees in Mechanical and Civil Engineering, and a Masters Degree in Structural Engineering from the University of California. He also holds an MBA from MIT’s Sloan School of Management.
Paul Drennan, Vice President of Business Intelligence
Paul Drennan is Vice President of Business Intelligence at Trumbull Services with responsibility for developing both the applied analytic products and for analytic consulting for operations and marketing stakeholders. He has over 15 years experience developing and leading decision support analytics, process improvement and IT programs in Fortune 100 financial services, e-commerce, and health and property/casualty insurance companies. Paul served most recently as Senior Director of Business Intelligence with UnitedHealthCare.
Prior to UnitedHealthCare, Paul held a variety of executive positions including Vice President of Business Architecture for JPMorgan Chase, and Director of Process Improvement for Verisign. Throughout his career, he has been a pioneer in applying business intelligence capabilities, both technical and procedural, to driving sustained business change in large-scale operations, marketing programs and IT initiatives.
Paul graduated cum laude from the United States Naval Academy with a BS in Engineering and History, and holds an MS in Operations Research from the Naval Postgraduate School.
