Francine Gordon
Assistant Vice President
As
part of the bankruptcy services’ collaborative team at
Trumbull Services, Francine Gordon brings forth extensive
experience with managing claims reconciliation teams in HomePlace,
McCrory’s, Phar-mor and Revco resulting in the administration
and reconciliation of over 100,000 claims aggregating over
$50 billion.
Her
experience includes:
- Direction
of the entire claims reconciliation process and assistance
with administrative matters relating to the reorganization.
- The
preparation and settlement of claims objections, presentation
of regular testimony concerning the objections, supervision
of the claim reconciliation teams.
- The
coordination of the installation and implementation of claims
software, and the review and approval of professional fees
and expenses.
Her
experience in retail bankruptcy adds significantly to Trumbull’s
bench strength for current and future matters. Ms. Gordon
is presently overseeing the management of cases such as DeVlieg
& Bullard, Bush Leasing, Cambridge Industries, Glenoit
Corporation and Allied Digital Technologies.
