1:
Choose
which flood program your agency will be using. Please choose either
Standard Plan or Flood Solutions. Only one program can be selected.
Step
2:
Print the
enrollment forms and complete them. Please remember to sign and date
the forms.
Note:
The enrollment forms are in a PDF format.
You will need Adobe® Reader® to open and view the documents.

3:
Fax your
completed forms along with a copy of your agency license and producer
licenses (for those agency staff selling flood)to:

4:
Upon
receipt and processing of all completed enrollment forms, a flood producer
code and a PIN# to access our Processing Center website will be assigned
to your agency.
Step
5:
You will
receive your producer code, PIN # and Hartford Flood Agency Contract
in the mail. You can then start writing flood business with The Hartford!
