Mr. Francis is the President of Trumbull Services, LLC. He has been involved in the technology and insurance industries in a variety of executive and managerial positions. His expertise is primarily with property and casualty insurance. He holds a B.A. from the University of South Carolina
Mr. Francis came to the insurance industry in 1981, and has held several key executive positions, developing a broad scope of knowledge and expertise.

Mr. Francis's vision centers on the ability of his company to develop strong client relationships and partnerships.
