R. Cahill, Jr.
Automation
Consultant
Mr.
Cahill is an automation consultant for the Bankruptcy division
of Trumbull Services, LLC. In this capacity, Mr. Cahill is
responsible for application development and production management
for all aspects of bankruptcy IT. He is professionally trained
in Oracle development and is proficient with SQL/Plus and
SQL Procedural language.
Mr.
Cahill brings extensive systems and business experience to
Trumbull Services. He is a 1989 graduate of Central Connecticut
State University, earning a BS degree in Computer Science.
He has experienced the IT environments of the health care
and insurance industries gaining both personal and technical
growth, becoming proficient in multiple computer languages
and operating environments.
His
experience includes:
- Maintenance
and support of a COBOL/IMS (MCEBO) employee benefits system
- System
support for a DB2 managed care reporting system
- Involved
in a major rewrite of a DB2 and IMS/DLI online ordering
system
- Served
as key programming resource in the implementation of client
purchased software
- 5
years of mainframe relational SQL experience
At
Trumbull Services, Mr. Cahill utilizes his programming experience
and expertise to perform multiple tasks. As an IT professional
he is dedicated to understanding the business goals and strategic
needs of the department in order to implement them into his
programming. Mr. Cahill also works closely with business analysts
and senior management to provide the quality development and
direction necessary to stay current in a fast paced, ever
changing environment.
