13, 2004 Betsy Enloe Named Chief Operating Officer Windsor, Conn., December 13, 2004 – Trumbull Services, L.L.C., a leading provider of business process outsourcing (BPO) and technology services to the property and casualty insurance industry, has announced that they have hired Betsy Enloe as Chief Operating Officer. This new role strengthens Trumbull’s management team in anticipation of significant growth. Enloe assumed the responsibilities of this new role on December 1, 2004. “I am pleased to announce this addition to Trumbull’s management team,” states Stephen Francis, President of Trumbull. “Betsy understands the business needs of the company and will be focused on advancing and improving both the technology and operations.” Trumbull offers Business Process Outsourcing and Application Service Provider solutions for policy administration and subrogation back offices. These solutions help Trumbull’s clients cut costs, concentrate on their core capabilities, realize strategic business goals and take advantage of market opportunities. “Trumbull anticipates significant growth in the coming year.” Continues Francis, “A person with Betsy’s operational skills and technical experience is a wonderful addition to our executive staff and will ensure that we continue to maximize current resources, and set the strategic direction for our operations group to accommodate this anticipated growth.” He adds, “Betsy’s addition affirms our commitment to maintain a high level of client satisfaction as we further expand our client base and service offerings.” Ms. Enloe comes to Trumbull from The Hartford where she spent 19 years in a variety of roles, most recently serving as the Assistant Vice President of the Strategic Business Development Organization supporting the P&C mergers and acquisitions function. She also worked with the Hartford Ventures organization as the manager of the Hartford’s investment in Bid4Assets.com, and as the President of Capstone Risk Management, Inc. Prior to this, Ms. Enloe served in executive management positions leading business and technology organizations at The Hartford including Technology Director for the Finance Function and Director of Controller Operations. As Technology Director, she was responsible for all aspects of application development and delivery on mainframe, mid-tier and Internet platforms. Her teams provided infrastructure services in mid-tier/Unix and LAN environments with responsibilities for hardware selection, installation, maintenance and customer support functions. As the Director of Controller Operations, she was responsible for maintaining the books of the Hartford in support of the Statutory, GAAP and management financial statements. Ms. Enloe holds a Bachelors degree in Economics from DePauw University and a Masters degree in Computer Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
