Trumbull Announces Management Change

Trumbull introduces Stephen Francis as the new head of Trumbull Services, LLC. Mr. Francis replaces Stephen M. Holcomb who, citing a desire to spend more time with his family and move in a different professional direction, announced his resignation as President of Trumbull earlier this month. Mr. Holcomb has presided over the company's affairs during a tenure that has seen Trumbull grow from an 'up and comer', to a leading outsourcing provider in the insurance marketplace. All of us here at Trumbull would like to thank Steve for his outstanding dedication and service, as we wish him all the best in his future endeavors.

Stephen Francis came to Trumbull as the Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Previous to this he worked at InsLogic in Columbia, South Carolina where he was Executive Vice President of Business Development and CIO. Prior to that, he was Vice President of Property and Casualty Development at Policy Management Services Corp. He has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry and holds a bachelors degree in Business Management from the University of South Carolina. Steve's strong leadership skills and considerable experience in Trumbull's market will make this transition of responsibilities almost seamless. In addition, Steve's solid strategy, operational and development talents will help drive Trumbull to new levels of expansion and profitability.

This is an exciting time for the company. Over the last year, Trumbull's client base has doubled and new business revenues have increased significantly.
