Trumbull Expands Business Development Team
Greg Krall hired as Director of Business Development, Northeast Region

Windsor, Conn., February 2, 2004 - Trumbull Services L.L.C., is a leading provider of business process outsourcing and technology services to the property and casualty insurance industry. As a result of its continued growth and the increasing market demand for outsourcing services, Trumbull announced today the expansion of their business development team with the hiring of Greg Krall. Greg has joined Trumbull as Director of Business Development, Northeast Region.

"Greg's industry expertise, particularly his expertise with claims and BPO sales, his service oriented attitude and overall professionalism make him a great fit for this position". Mr. Krall will focus on Trumbull's Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), Business Transformational Outsourcing (BTO) and Application Service Provider (ASP) solutions for policy administration and subrogation back offices. "Greg's consultative sales experience combined with Trumbull's growing presence in this market, will help to broaden Trumbull's client base as we service more companies and further define our position as the vendor of choice in the Property and Casualty Insurance services marketplace," adds Holcomb.

Mr. Krall comes to Trumbull with an extensive sales background in the insurance industry. Mr. Krall most recently held senior sales positions with CGI and Crawford & Company, both in the Dallas, Texas area. Prior to this he was vice president of sales for Pyramid Services Inc. based in Danbury, Connecticut.
