Trumbull Services L.L.C. To Provide Subrogation Outsourcing Services For Unitrin Direct

WINDSOR, Conn., -- Trumbull Services L.L.C., a leading provider of business process outsourcing and technology services to the property and casualty insurance industry, announced today that it has entered into an agreement to provide subrogation services to Unitrin Direct, using Trumbull Services' Web-enabled Subrosource(SM) Subrogation Software.
Subrosource is a powerful combination of identification, scoring, workflow, strategies and data that is accessed through a suite of account management tools to provide a total solution to the claim subrogation process. Trumbull will use its Subrosource platform to identify, score and manage subrogation recovery for Unitrin Direct,

Brian Crumbaker, senior vice president, Unitrin Direct, states, "We have selected Trumbull Services because we are convinced they will help us achieve our goal of maximizing all recovery opportunities. They have a robust subrogation tool in Subrosource that will allow them to handle all our subrogation needs." Trumbull's experienced claim specialists will be providing BPO (business process outsourcing) services for three of Unitrin's six office locations: California, Florida and Pennsylvania."
