subrosource automates the recovery specialist assignment process. Management can define workload by setting simple parameters such as maximum workload and maximum daily referrals. Workloads can also be distributed by establishing assignment rules defining limits for resources. Diary and Goals

subrosource has automated work queues called diaries that provide specialists with a simple method for accessing and organizing daily work. Work queues contain listings of all accounts that should be handled in that day plus back logs of any activities that have not yet been addressed. Specialists have the ability to sort workloads based on items such as size of balance and activity type, allowing them to effectively manage caseloads on a daily basis.
