Mr. Thompson is the vice president of flood services at Trumbull Services, LLC. He brings his distinguished career in the insurance industry and his extensive knowledge of flood insurance to his position. Mr. Thompson has more than 30 years of experience and expertise in the insurance industry and 4 years with Trumbull Services.
His experience includes:
- Director of property services for insurance products
- Manager of workers compensation and commercial automobile residual market
- Manager for workers compensation product development
- Manager of insurance department affairs
- Various supervisory and managerial positions in commercial automobile and workers compensation insurance
- Various supervisory and managerial positions in commercial field underwriting
Mr. Thompson is currently responsible for all key elements of the Trumbull Services Federal Flood Program. He also manages all aspects of Trumbull's strategic partnerships with various flood service vendors and is responsible for the management and oversight of all flood products and services provided by Trumbull. In addition, Mr. Thompson is responsible for managing Hartford Agency Federal Flood Program and all Hartford flood business written by Hartford Fire Insurance Company. Under Mr. Thompson's direction, Hartford has twice been recognized by the Federal Insurance Administration for attaining the largest growth rate of any other Flood Insurance provider in 1997 and 1999.
