Cappola
Business
& Technical Operations Director
Ms
Cappola is responsible for all aspects of the Trumbull Bankruptcy
Department's daily operations. In this capacity, Ms Cappola
oversees the delivery of our services including case managment,
claims docketing, call center and client reporting. In addition,
she is responsible for technology planning inclduing system
upgrades and enhancements.
Ms
Cappola brings extensive systems and business experience to
Trumbull Services. She has spent more than 17 years in the
information technology field, gaining a diverse experience
ranging from support, to database strategy management and
data warehouse initiatives.
Her
experience includes:
- The
creation and leadership of a 40 person database services
organization
- Implementation
and support of major corporate systems including general
ledger and human resource/payroll systems
- Application
and database design, development, implementation and support
- Technical
infrastructure implementation and support
- Mainframe,
client server and web environments
At
Trumbull Services, Ms Cappola is responsible for ensuring
that all operations are performing to our service standards.
She is also Trumbull's resource for determining that the company
is maximizing their technology investments and that any and
all issues are addressed and closed as efficiently and seamlessly
as possible.
