Specialist
Mrs.
Filip is a telecommunications specialist for the bankruptcy
division of Trumbull Services. She is long experienced in
the fast paced and highly technical communications industry,
specializing in assessment of and implementation of the telecommunication
hardware and software relating to business plans, special
needs and designs.
Mrs. Filip brings extensive telecommunications experience
to her position at Trumbull Services, having worked for large
firms with intricate communication systems. She has also completed
certification programs and educational seminars from such
business leaders as Lucent, Siemens, Compumaster and St. Mary's
University of Minnesota.
Her
experience includes:
- Coordination
and management of large transitions including systems and
hardware
- Working
with vendors to resolve outages, price hardware and systems
and coordinate installations
- Facilitated
disaster and recovery planning for all voice platforms
- Performance
of analysis routines on large telecommunication hardware
systems for the identification of system errors and efficiency
- Evaluation,
implementation and maintenance of an automated telecommunications
management system including Novell Netware LAN support
In
Trumbull's bankruptcy division, Mrs. Filip is responsible
for the administration, configuration and maintenance of the
telecommunications systems. These systems include a Lucent
Definity PBX, Audix voicemail, Lucent CMS and Spectrum Wallboard.
In addition to this, Mrs. Filip responds to all user questions,
coordinates the addition of new users and troubleshoots all
connections. She also manages the local and long distance
services, manages outage resolution and handles all updates.
Mrs. Filip is Trumbull's most knowledgeable source regarding
the latest telephonic technology and advancements in the telecommunications
industry.
